Why we built ORA

Selling exhibition space is one of the most important jobs at any event. It's also one of the most manual. Most organisers still send a long exhibitor manual and booking forms by email, re-type each booking into a spreadsheet, update the floor plan by hand and chase payments and details right up to bump-in.

Full event platforms can automate some of this, but they're built and priced for organisations running many large events a year. Associations, field days, ag shows and regional expos usually run one or two events, and need a simpler tool and a simpler price.

ORA does one job: it lets exhibitors pick a stand on a live floor plan, choose a package and pay online, then handles the confirmations, invoices and reminders. It costs a flat fee per event, with no licence and no lock-in.
