Why a flat fee per event
Most event platforms charge an annual licence, often with per-user minimums and add-ons for exhibitor booking. That makes sense for a company running dozens of events a year. For an association running one congress, or a committee running an annual field day, it means paying all year for something used for a few months.
ORA charges once per event, with everything included. If manual booking costs your team more than A$2,500 in staff time, ORA pays for itself before you count the errors it prevents. Check with the calculator.
Questions about pricing
Is there a setup fee?
No. The A$2,500 per event includes setting up your floor plan, packages, pricing, branding and deadlines.
Are there per-exhibitor or per-user charges?
No. The fee is the same whether you sell 30 stands or 300, and your whole team can use the organiser view.
Do we have to sign an annual contract?
No. You pay per event, with no licence and no lock-in. Use ORA for one event or every event.
Are payment gateway fees included?
Card processing fees are charged by the payment gateway on each transaction, as with any online payment. We'll explain the options during setup.
How quickly can we go live?
Within two weeks of agreement, so you can open bookings as soon as your prospectus goes out.
