What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, organisation, email, phone and event details when you contact us.
  • Exhibitor bookings: when you book a stand through an ORA portal, the company, contact, ABN and booking details needed to process the booking on behalf of the event organiser.
  • Website analytics: anonymous information about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed and the referring site, collected with cookies or similar technology.

Card payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. We do not see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and support the booking platform, send booking confirmations, invoices and reminders on behalf of event organisers, and improve our website and service. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share booking information with the organiser of the event you booked. We also share information with service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
