When exhibitors book by form, payment comes later. Someone raises an invoice, emails it and waits for the money. ORA takes payment as part of the booking, so a confirmed stand is a paid stand, or one with a deposit and a set balance date.

• Balance-due reminder, ahead of the payment deadline.
• Unpaid invoice follow-up, every 7 days until paid.
• Fascia sign check, so exhibitors confirm their sign before it's printed.

Live reporting for your team

The organiser view shows revenue, amounts paid and outstanding, and floor space sold, all updated with every booking. Search and filter bookings by status to see who still owes what. You'll no longer need to reconcile a spreadsheet against the bank statement the week before the event.
